Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize model latency, accuracy, and throughput for high-scale applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Research and implement novel techniques in NLP and computer vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
