Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design scalable AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure that align with our long-term strategic vision for 2026.
- Generative AI Leadership: Spearhead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Performance Optimization: Implement techniques for model quantization, pruning, and distributed inference to ensure low-latency performance.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software engineering.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, including quantum computing integration and neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- MLOps: Experience with MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning strategies.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
