Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance ML infrastructure and pipelines tailored for 2026 standards.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- MLOps Optimization: Develop robust CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, ensuring high availability and real-time inference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize training and inference workflows using distributed computing and GPU acceleration.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
