Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for AI integration and the evolution of our metaverse ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead Neural Network Development: Design and implement advanced deep learning models to power intelligent agents and real-time data processing systems.
- Metaverse Infrastructure: Oversee the technical architecture of 3D environments, spatial computing interfaces, and VR/AR integration points.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists, engineers, and 3D artists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive performance engineering to ensure low-latency experiences in high-demand AI-driven environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ethical AI guidelines for all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Artificial Intelligence or Metaverse development.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++; proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or WebGL.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Spatial Computing: Strong understanding of spatial computing principles, 3D graphics pipelines, and immersive hardware ecosystems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles from concept to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to translate abstract requirements into concrete, scalable technical solutions.
