Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and algorithms that drive business value.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in high-volume production environments.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to integrate novel techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and algorithm design.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
