Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and maintain high-availability, scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes and modern cloud environments.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data science teams to optimize LLM inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency.
- System Reliability: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure 99.99% uptime for critical AI workloads.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce strict security protocols and data privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA) across all infrastructure layers.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Future-Proofing: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into our architecture roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI infrastructure or backend development.
- Language: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Containerization: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues under pressure.
