Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale production deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, defining model architectures and performance benchmarks.
- Optimize neural network inference to meet strict real-time latency requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for automated training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with feature stores, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
