Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable deep learning models for Project 2026, focusing on NLP and computer vision capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Drive performance optimization and reduce inference latency using techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research findings into our production pipelines.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical interviews and mentor junior engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment of AI models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists and product managers to define roadmap and technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, K8s).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
