Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models for production use.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness using state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Infrastructure: Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) to support large-scale model training.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Deployment: Manage the full machine learning lifecycle from experimentation to MLOps and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Experience: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Tools: Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
