Responsibilities

- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define technical roadmaps that align with our 2026 vision.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure the security, ethical use, and robustness of deployed AI models.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, production-grade machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
