Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable AI/ML models and agentic workflows capable of handling complex, real-world scenarios.
- Optimization: Optimize LLM inference pipelines for latency, cost-efficiency, and throughput using quantization and distillation techniques.
- Data Strategy: Lead the development of high-quality synthetic data pipelines to fine-tune models for niche domains.
- MLOps: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps strategies to ensure model reliability and continuous deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into production-ready features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to safety guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
