Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero-latency inference.
- Pioneering Research: Lead research initiatives into emerging architectures, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model performance for edge devices and cloud environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for the AI infrastructure team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and model integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A demonstrated track record of innovation and a passion for the latest trends in AI technology.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and driving project execution from conception to launch.
