Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade APIs for our 2026 core products.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large transformer models for specific industry verticals, focusing on latency and throughput.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI paradigms and integrating them into our product suite.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure: Proven track record of deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
