Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including deep learning architectures, transfer learning, and model optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
