Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, including Transformers and LLMs.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable model deployment.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of AI models to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring junior engineers.
