Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments using distributed computing.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust AI features.
- Deployment: Spearhead the deployment of AI models into cloud environments (AWS/GCP) utilizing MLOps best practices.
- Evaluation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive continuous performance improvements and ensure reliability.
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI research division.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++ for performance-critical applications.
- Frameworks: Strong command of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs) and MLOps concepts.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex data problems and innovate under pressure.
