Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with leading AI tool providers to ensure our technology stack remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities that drive efficiency and reduce operational overhead across departments.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in AI or Machine Learning strategy.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technical visions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
