Responsibilities

- Lead the research and integration of emerging deep learning frameworks and edge computing technologies.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends in Generative AI and Quantum computing applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP).
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and driving sprint delivery.
