Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling millions of concurrent requests with zero latency.
- Research & Innovation: Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal AI, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference speed and model accuracy, reducing operational costs by up to 40%.
- MLOps & Deployment: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure to automate training and deployment workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for product managers and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical roadmaps to non-technical audiences.
