Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of processing complex, multimodal data streams for 2026 applications.
- Model Optimization: Lead research into model compression, quantization, and efficient inference to reduce latency and resource consumption.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- MLOps Leadership: Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and training pipelines to production monitoring and rollback strategies.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Research Publication: Contribute to top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and maintain a thought leadership presence in the AI community.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research, software engineering, or a combination of both, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research papers and solve open-source problems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
