Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the architectural vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on autonomous agents and multimodal LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using advanced pruning and quantization techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and security of AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures, including Transformers, Diffusion Models, and RLHF.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer systems.
