Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from concept to deployment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
