Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead the architectural design of our core AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, deploying robust models that power our global platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, distillation, and fine-tuning to maximize inference speed and reduce energy consumption.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in line with 2026 compliance standards.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on fault tolerance and high availability.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Multi-Modal learning and Synthetic Data generation.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native architecture.
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
