Responsibilities
- Design & Architecting: Design and implement robust, scalable AI and machine learning architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning with company goals and 2026 strategic objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning, scalability, and reliability of existing AI infrastructure.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving ambiguous problems.
