Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and implement best practices for machine learning infrastructure and MLOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of production-grade AI models.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
