Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the technical strategy for our upcoming 'Project 2026' initiative. This role requires a deep understanding of large-scale machine learning systems and a passion for building the infrastructure that will define the future of generative AI.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and capable of handling next-generation workloads. If you are ready to shape the roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant ML infrastructure tailored for high-volume inference and training.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for Project 2026, aligning business goals with engineering capabilities.
- Lead the optimization of deep learning models to reduce latency and improve accuracy in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring continuous integration and deployment pipelines are robust.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, quantum AI) to keep the 2026 roadmap competitive.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and MLOps principles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical implementations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
