Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex ML systems for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning with the 2026 strategic vision and business goals.
- Optimize existing models for efficiency and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI models.
