Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and neural networks for production environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-gen generative AI and predictive analytics tools.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
