Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary generative AI architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- Optimize large-scale model inference pipelines for real-time applications.
- Curate and manage massive datasets for training high-performance language and vision models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and adherence to ethical AI guidelines.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
