Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative systems.
- Lead Technical Roadmap: Define the 2026 technology strategy, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for future advancements in AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Optimize Performance: Drive improvements in model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time consumer applications.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record deploying large-scale systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize deep learning pipelines.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
