Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core machine learning pipelines and large-scale AI models.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model deployment, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the core product.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research into emerging technologies to drive the 2026 innovation roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs (Large Language Models) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and neural network optimization.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
