Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for autonomous agents and generative models.
- Lead the technical strategy for LLM fine-tuning and deployment using vector databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and data privacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
