Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures tailored for the 2026 tech stack.
- Lead the R&D team in integrating quantum-ready algorithms into classical ML pipelines.
- Define technical standards and best practices for future-proof AI infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architectural reviews for high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Strong track record of delivering complex systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
