Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on LLM integration and edge computing.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and predictive analytics to drive product differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
