What You'll Do:
Design scalable neural network architectures, oversee the deployment of large language models, and drive the ethical implementation of autonomous agents. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI product development, from conceptualization to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for enterprise applications.
- Lead technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Define best practices for data governance and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready machine learning models.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
