Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models and infrastructure for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead architectural decisions that ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize algorithmic efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of 8+ senior engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for the engineering department.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
