We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to spearhead the development of our next-generation Agentic AI Ecosystem. As we prepare for the technological landscape of 2026, you will be at the forefront of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous decision-making workflows, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Generative AI. You will define the technical vision, mentor a team of elite engineers, and deliver solutions that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, autonomous AI agents capable of complex multi-step reasoning and task execution.
- Design and optimize high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Implement advanced MLOps strategies for continuous model training, fine-tuning, and versioning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into innovative, user-centric AI solutions.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible deployment of AI models, mitigating bias and ensuring compliance.
- Research and evaluate emerging LLM architectures and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
