Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI and machine learning integration across the organization, specifically targeting 2026 readiness.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable AI systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role within the AI/ML space.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on architectural scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
