Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the design and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and architectural patterns for the AI division.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Natural Language Processing, and generative algorithms.
