Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic design of AI architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads, including advanced LLMs and neural-symbolic reasoning systems.
- System Scalability: Architect high-availability, fault-tolerant systems that scale seamlessly from edge devices to global cloud infrastructures.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from experimental research to production deployment, ensuring optimal performance and latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks for bias detection, transparency, and safety to ensure responsible AI deployment in sensitive sectors.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, driving the adoption of emerging technologies such as federated learning and edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX; and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex, distributed systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Future Tech Awareness: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe, such as quantum computing interfaces or neuromorphic hardware.
