Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI/ML infrastructure, aligning with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference latency and model accuracy across distributed cloud environments.
- Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning Architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Extensive experience designing and deploying LLMs, RAG pipelines, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
