Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI and Neural Network optimization.
- Oversee the architecture of next-gen autonomous agents and decision-making systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Quantum AI by 2026.
- Evaluate and select cutting-edge frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, NVIDIA).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Experience deploying models to production environments (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
