Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Define the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader software ecosystems.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Generative AI and Neural Networks to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in software engineering best practices and system design.
