Responsibilities
- Design and architect next-generation AI infrastructure optimized for the 2026 computing landscape, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, AI-driven technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to ensure system reliability under high load.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
