Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI roadmap, defining technical strategy for Agentic AI systems.
- Oversee the deployment of large language models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Conduct research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration technologies (CUDA, ROCm).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
