- Architect Enterprise Systems: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with industry leaders to standardize protocols and ensure interoperability across the AI ecosystem.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety measures and ethical guidelines to ensure AI deployment is responsible and beneficial.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record designing complex, large-scale systems that handle millions of users.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
