Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced machine learning systems tailored for the 2026 era.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum AI.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies.
