Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for 2026 applications.
- Pioneering Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for our 2026 product suite, ensuring feasibility and long-term scalability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive performance optimization for large-scale models, reducing latency and increasing inference accuracy.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with productionizing LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-growth environments.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively about future trends and apply them to current engineering challenges.
