Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design the high-level system architecture for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Roadmap Strategy: Translate business goals into technical strategies, defining the technology stack and development milestones for the upcoming years.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI research (LLMs, Generative AI, Quantum Computing principles) into practical applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
