Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of scalable machine learning pipelines on major cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Define and implement best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions directly into consumer and enterprise products.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems in real-time.
- Ensure system reliability, performance monitoring, and fault tolerance at scale.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical projects to successful delivery.
